After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a marketing degree, Lauren spent three years doing marketing research before joining our team as a Design Manager. Drawing upon her marketing experience and excellent listening skills, Lauren is a proactive communicator who builds and maintains client relationships in the best fashion. Her attention to detail and desire for improving our "systems for success" mean that Lauren is a key player in helping Cre8tive Group realize its potential as we continue living out our commitment to the common good.

Were you named for anyone? Lauren Bacall. My mom let my dad name me and he had a crush on her.
City or Country (or Suburbs)? I used to think I wanted to live in a big city, but now I like the country much more. I like the beautiful scenery, the slower paced living and less traffic.
Biggest Guilty Pleasure: Celebrity gossip
If you could play a professional sport, what would it be (regardless of actual skill)? Some may not consider this a sport, but I would like to be a professional dancer. Ballet, music videos, Broadway, etc. Although I am shy about it sometimes, I love dancing and I think that would be so much fun.
What would you be doing if you weren't working for 8G (unrealistically—dream big)? Someday I would like to own a clothing and accessory boutique. I have always dreamed of having my own business in something I absolutely love to do (shopping!). My other dream is to be a designer - shoes, gowns, bathing suits, etc. I want to make clothes that are classy, but stylish and most importantly, flattering to wear.
Who is the biggest influence on your life? My mom. She is amazing. She raised three kids pretty much on her own, working full time, kept a spotless house, and is the best cook and hostess. She instilled in us morals and gave us lots of love and attention. I don't know how she did it.
