Cre8tive Group President Speaks on Professional Development in a Down Economy
Lexington, Kentucky, May 8, 2009
Chad Crouch, Cre8tive Group President, presented principles for professional development at the April lunch gathering for the Lexington Young Professionals.
On Tuesday, April 28 members of the Lexington Young Professionals Association gathered at Kilber’s at The Crowne Plaza to hear Crouch speak on “The Four “P’s” and a Bamboo Farmer: Growing Professionally in a Down Economy”
The presentation addressed planning for business success in the midst of unprecedented jitters in the world economy. Crouch states, “Rather than holding back, now is the time to work your plan. However, many people feel paralyzed by the lack of a principled approach for professional development.”
Bringing together the ancient secrets of bamboo farming and today’s best business development practices, Crouch presented four professional development principles that all start with the letter “P.” Once applied, “they will give you the clarity and focus you need to excel in a down economy.”
