Ugly by Design
What do you consider beautiful? Sunsets? Oceans? How about spiders, or rust on a 20-year-old neglected car? You may find sunsets stunning, but I guarantee there are others out there who would rather admire the beauty of a spider over viewing a sunset any given day.
